Question by casey: my dog has been sprayed in the face by a skunk!!?
ok i have washed my dog already with tomato juice and such to get the smell out but his face still stinks i cant get the smell out from it! i dont want to hurt him like get it in his eyes or anthing around the face area….HELP WHAT SHOULD I DO

    There’s really nothing on the market that will eliminate the smell. You can try a product called Skunk-off, but it’s only temporary. Try to find something that has an enzyme in it. The smell will eventually fade.

  3. try leaving the tomato juice on his face for 30 min then rinsing it off..

  4. Go to the pet store or the vet.They have skunk odor removal you can wash them in.

  5. 1 quart hydrogen peroxide
    1/4 cup baking soda
    1 tablespoon liquid dishsoap(dawn etc)

    mix together, use rubber gloves(dries out the skin), put on dog, leave on for 10 minutes and rinse completely. May have to do it a couple of times. Use it as soon as you mix it or it will lose it’s potency. Have fun!!!
