I want to make homemade sun dried tomatoes from my garden but I want to know how much olive oil it needs to cover the dried tomatoes? Thanks for your kind answer.

Hi there, it all depends on how big the vessel is that the tomatoes are going into and there displacement. It’s like filling your tub up to much and you sit in it, over full tub, add human, water cascades out. Also the tomatoes will absorb some of the oil, so keep an eye on them.
