  1. yep they be happy in plastic tents. They look to be monsters.

  2. sweet! i would appreciate Any advice.

  3. If it was me..I would break the root ball up with your fingers. You won’t
hurt them. Loosen it all up. Then put them in a much bigger pot..not just a
little bigger. Tomato plants are tough Dave. You can also take off bottom
limbs or leaves..plant them deeper. They will grow more roots from where
the limbs have been removed. My Grandaddy taught me this when I was a kid.
They can take it. They will outgrow the smaller pots really fast. Just my 2
cents and something a master mater grower taught me.

  4. If your scared to do it…just do one like I just said…see what happens.
Compare em to the others down the road and you will see the difference.

  5. I worked at a garden center for a couple of years a long time ago. Learned
a lot there too. I was shocked to see how they wacked stuff and cut things
back…not everything can take it but a lot of plants can…especially
ferns, marigolds and tomatoes can take much more than I ever realized.

  6. Dude wow those are healthy yep we got 1 1/2 foot of snow in kansas today

  7. i put 10 tomatoes in the ground a few hours ago. we may have a few more
chilly nights, but i’m prepared to cover them.

  8. You and Cheri are doing an awesome job…so much to learn and the best way
is by doing….trial and error. lol

  9. i’ve already trimmed some of the leaves. they’re getting pretty crowded. i
get so stoked about starting them that i forget…they’re gonna get bigger.
ima definitely try freeing/loosening the root ball when i put the out. i
usually put 1/3 of the plant underground, so more stems may have to go.
    thank you.
