  18. I just made some and it is soooooooooooo delicious. I added shrimp to it
but left out the lemon juice because my mom’s allergic. Tastes delicious
without it anyway. I also used some parts pinot noir and some parts cooking
wine. You can really taste the flavor. I’ll be making this again.

  19. you don’t have to…but I LOVE celery in a seafood stew….and I wouldn’t
say I LOVE celery, but celery in a stew adds a nice crunch and texture
without being too “celery”, I think.

  20. the seafood was uncooked

  21. That’s good looking food there. LOVE your accent!

  22. The seafood doesn’t need to be pre-cooked, just add it in mouth-friendly
sizes and it will cook through in 7-8 minutes. I usually use a bag of
frozen mixed seafood–it’s super convenient, super cheap, and tastes pretty
damn good in a stew. If I have fresh seafood in the house, I generally
prepare it in a simpler fashion to appreciate the freshness; for stew,
fresh fish will taste great–but for me the best thing about this dish is
it turns a cheap bag of seafood into a delicious dish.

  23. Yo Fromundertherock, this video is the shit, I love this stew. I add
cumin/coriander/red chili powder in mine if you wanna make this same stew
with a south asian twist, cuz that shit is mad delicious as well.
Everything else is literally the damn same too haha. I also deglaze w some
white wine (even though they don’t), and that shit is delish.

  24. THANK-YOU

  25. very kind comment :^) …glad you liked it
