Question by quatre: Is big beef tomato an open-pollinated hybrid or GMO?
I just want to know before I plant them. I’m planning container choice, sweet million, better boy, tumbling tom and red robin(for indoor pots) as well.Thanks a lot!

All Seeds that you can buy are either heirloom or hybrids. Genetically modified seeds are only grown by certain farmers trusted by the people who developed them. You almost have to sign your life away to grow them. The developers know that their seeds if in the wrong hands could soon be grown by others cutting them out .
Big beef and better boy tomatoes have been around as long as I’ve been gardening. Some 30+ years. I’ve never heard of red robin. It could be a hybrid only grown in the States
Sweet million is an indeterminate vining tomato. I’ve never grown tumbling tom but it sounds like it may be a vining tomato too. Sweet million can grow 12 to 15 feet tall.
I hope you have a big space to grow tomatoes indoors. Tomato roots need lots of room. 2 plants to an 18 inch diameter deep pot
