Question by angel: Where can i buy Green Tomatoes off the vine @ this time of year in Toronto & area???
I use green tomatoes in one of my cake recipes and can only use my own from my garden…but now i have ran out of stock over the winter…and don’t know if there is a green house etc. that i can get them from at this time of the year in my area…or no cake for mother till mid summer…;-(

Well the ground is still pretty frosty…lol If you had a greenhouse you could have one right now. The plant still needs to grow first. Some places that sell plants (commercial greenhouses) might have some you can buy (the plant that is)then you just wait.
