I have some left over tomato sauce tonight.
I do not want to make pasta again. No pizza. What else can I use this on?
please no more beef. I made chop suey tonight.
I may just buy some garlic bread & warm up the sauce as a dip.

Bring some chicken stock to a simmer and stir in the tomato sauce, some half and half, and some seasonings of choice and voila…tomato soup.
Top a meatloaf…
Stir it into some softened cream cheese along with some garlic and herbs and eat with crunchy breadsticks…

How about a meat loaf, mix the sauce with ketchup and pour over the top at the last 40 minutes of baking.
Soup. You can make lots of different soups by adding the tomato sauce. Any tomato based soup would be good like chili or vegetable soup.
Ground chicken/or turkey , rice, onions and core out some green peppers.. Stuff them and pour the tomato sauce over the peppers..stew /slow cook them for 20-30 min

Make a ground turkey loaf and pour the sauce over the meatloaf.

Take chicken legs and thighs and brown them in a skillet
Precook some pasta 1/2 way
Place the chicken,pasta and tomato sauce in a pyrex dish
Top with cheese and in a preheated oven and bake 350-375 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Freeze it or add it to some soup.

If you only have just some left– here is an appetizer/snack
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (7.5 ounce) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
Pour butter into a 9-in. square baking dish; set aside. In a bowl, combine the tomato sauce, onion, oil, garlic, basil and oregano. Cut each biscuit into four wedges; dip into tomato mixture.
Place in prepared pan; pour any remaining tomato mixture over top. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
