Full grown tomato plants have fruit on them. Temp’s are going down into the 40’s tonight. Will it damage green fruit?

hi! i did a mistake today and i want to know if its a big or a small one!! i sprayed my tomato plants with a copper fungicide product that needs a mix of 40 ml copper in 10 litres of water! instead i mixed 200 ml of copper in 10 litres of water ! will this mistake hurt my plants?? thank you!
