HCG Diet food-P2 recipe- lean turkey, celery, and tomato soup

Question by Namename: Help me make a yummy meal out of these food items?
I have frozen chicken tenders,
spaghetti sauce
pasta (but don’t want spaghetti)
assortment of veggies
cream of mushroom
cream of chicken
tomato soup
parmesan cheese

We just moved and these are the things we have on hand and I am trying to think of a yummy dinner tonight! Any recipes or ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

Baked pasta!!

Cook the pasta. Saute your veggies (mushrooms, peppers) and then add them to the pasta. Mix in the spaghetti sauce and then put it in a baking pan. Then sprinkle alot of cheese on top and bake! Viola! =)

  7. Um… Turkey is NOT allowed on the original protocol, not is mixing vegetables, unless you’re skipping your fruit and using your tomato as that.

  21. Ok so I made this dish, has a small bowl and I too feel like I totally cheated. I had a small cereal bowl worth and have enough for probably 4 more servings so I don’t think I ate to much but I am sure full.

  22. Had this last night! It was great! I added some spice with some pepper flakes, tobasco and about a teaspoon of vinegar. Chili!! I’m from Texas, so I had to add some oomph! Yummmmm

  24. Ok… I am SOOOO happy about this recipe idea! Yum! I used ground chicken, put it in a pot with a little water. Added Italian seasonings and salt, after that I added chopped garlic diced one tomato and let is simmer. Then I mixed it and it turned into meat sauce! YUM! It my fav so far. and when I dipped my melba toast in it! WEOOO! I was like garlic bread… YAY o/….. Thank you!

  26. Chicken Scampi (just sub cooked chicken tenders for the boneless chicken breast)

    2 tablespoons butter
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)
    1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
    1/4 cup water
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, minced or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    Hot cooked pasta

    Directions:

    Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet.

    Stir the soup, water, lemon juice and garlic in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the chicken to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve the chicken and sauce with the pasta.
