    Head of cauliflower florets
    mayo
    bacon cooked, drained and chopped
    vinegar
    sugar
    shredded carrot
    salt and pepper

    Just mix the mayo, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste then mix in the broccoli and cauliflower

    3 cups fresh broccoli florets
    3 cups cooked rotini pasta
    1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
    2 garlic cloves
    3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
    3 tablespoons mango chutney
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil

    Add broccoli to a large saucepan of boiling water; return to a boil.
    Cook 1 minute; pour cold water over broccoli; drain.
    In a large serving bowl, mix together the broccoli, pasta, and cabbage.
    Add garlic to a blender; process until minced.
    Add in vinegar and the next 4 ingredients; cover and process until smooth.
    With blender running, add oil; process until blended.
    Pour over pasta mixture; toss gently to coat.
    Cover and chill 30 minutes to 1 hour.

  5. Broccoli Salad

    2 lbs. fresh broccoli
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    3/4 c. stuffed olives, cut in halves
    1 cup mayo
    1 tsp. dillweed
    2 hard cooked eggs, chopped

    Steam broccoli for 5 min until bright green and still crisp. Cut into 1/2″ pieces. Add other ingredients, except eggs. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate 24 hr. Add eggs just before serving.

    Dressing:
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 cup mayo
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup sugar
    8 slices bacon, fried, chopped into small pieces

    Directions:
    Place dressing on top of salad. Do not mix into broccoli and raisins. Chill. Let stand for 4 hours or overnight. Mix salad right before serving and add bacon.

    Add sugar, pumpkin seeds, raisins, minced red onions and bacon bits (make them fresh)
    Add mayo and a little bit of wine vinager

    Mix very well.

    jar of 1,000 salad dressing your brand you like
    red onion
    bacon bits fresh cooked
    tomatoes
    sticks of carrots chopped
    mis all togather and chill over night.

  11. Broccoli tomato salad

    1 lg Bunch broccoli; separated into florets
    2 lg Tomatoes; cut into wedges
    3/4 c Sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 Green onions; sliced

    DRESSING

    3/4 c Olive or vegetable oil
    1/3 c Tarragon or cider vinegar
    2 tb Water
    1 ts Lemon juice
    1 ts Sugar
    1 ts Salt; optional
    3/4 ts Dried thyme
    1 Clove garlic; minced
    1/2 ts Celery seed
    1/4 ts Italian seasoning
    1/4 ts Lemon-pepper seasoning
    1/4 ts Paprika
    1/4 ts Ground mustard

    Cook broccoli in a small amount of water for 5 minutes or until
    crisp-tender. Rinse with cold water and drain. Place in a large bowl;
    add tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions. Combine dressing ingredients in
    a jar with a tight- fitting lid; shake well. Pour over salad; toss
    gently. Cover and chill for 1 hour.

  12. steam up some broccoli (but make sure it is still crunchy) then let it cool down
    then get this one dressing from trader joes or any health food store (maybe even supermarkets will have it) but my fav is a t trader Joe’s and it is called lemon ginger dressing (trader Joe’s brand) add grilled chicken breast (or not) and toss with that dressing it is so refreshing and cool and delicious
