Question by Jerry Lynch: Where does Dole grow large tomatoes in The Philippines?
Dole grows large (western style) tomatoes somewhere in The Philippines. Since those tomatoes grow in mostly cooler areas I would suspect they are grown around Baguio or in Bukidnon Province. Where are their large tomato producers? Does Del Monte also grow large tomatoes and where?

My toms in the greenhouse have done brilliantly this year. I’ve harvested enough so far to keep us going. I’ve got a nice large one that is still green, but I’ve got yellow toms and stripy purple ones. My peppers have been slow, but the chillies are excellent.

hi i think ive got spider mite on my tomatoes does anybody know how to get rid of them. Please help!!!
I think modern pepper verieties are much earlier and shorter than the old types. My biggest Kelsae is 16″ in circumference is there a formula for knowing the weight. Next time I video them I’ll use the internationally recognised comparison technique. (a can of Stella at the side of them)
Look great my Tomato sweet million are doing good in the garden there in big pots as for my peppers they were eaten by something in the greenhouse .

This is interesting because, yesterday, I was quite surprised to find ripe tomatoes in my greenhouse. The Gardeners’ Delight don’t seem to have set as well as usual but the Lucciola are fantastic. Strange summer.
