I’m trying and failing to make a good bento box and I want to make a cherry tomato rose, can anyone provide some good, detailed instructions please?

You need a very, very sharp pairing or turning knife. Start at the base of the tomato and work your way down in a spiral around the tomato making sure only to take the skin off. Do this all the way to the top of the tomato. Then roll up the tomato peel.
