Question by Ellie Elle: How many calories are there in my salad?
My salad consists of:
12 baby spinach leaves
2 cherry tomatoes quatred
1cm thick slice of cucumber cut into sticks
0.5 cm wide 5cm long piece of mature white cheddar cut up into cubes
I asking because I normally know how many calories there are in my food but I had to make something quick because my eldest son wanted his bottle so I made the salad as I made the bottle so I could eat whilst he was drinking the bottle

the cucumbers, tomatoes and spinach are hardly any calories.. with the cheese its probably around 100 calories
