Cut the top off two green peppers and clean them out.
Wash with cold water and place in a pan, facing up
scramble hamburg until fully cooked, drain.
preheat oven to 350
cut up the sweet onion
with hamburg in pan, mix in (to taste), red pepper, paprkia, stewed tomatoes, black beans, onion and corn
bring to a boil, and if you have any parmesaen cheese, add that too.
lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
fill green peppers with hamburg mixture
bake in oven for 25 minutes
Try to mix the pasta, and other veggies of your choice. Cook the drumsticks and put some of your favorite spices on all of it. I’m only 14 and dont know much about cooking but this sounds good to me.
This is one of my Favorites. It is easy and lasts for a few meals.
1 can of mexican stewed tomatoes-do not drain
1 can of corn-drained
1 can of black beans-drained
1 can garbanzo beans-drained
Mix all in a bowl and refridgerate for an hour
It is a cold type spicy veg. salad
It will get stronger and spicier the longer it marinades. Usually better tasting the second day!
To go along with it, boil the drumsticks until falling off the bones. Debone and skin them. Sprinkle the meat with paprika, dash red pepper, and a touch of salt. set aside.
Cook Pasta according to directions. Pan sauta your red oinon and sweet pepper, add meat, then place over your pasta.
Make Chicken and Black Bean Soup
Put 1 cup of black beans in a pot and fill with water, bring to a rapid boil and turn off the beans and cover for one hour.
In the meantime, choose a soup pot and saute’ the onions and peppers until translutant. Add the chicken, the mexican stewed tomatoes, garbanzp beans, you could even throw in the pinto beans and make this a three bean mexican soup
After one hour, have your soup on a low boil or simmer and add the black beans and your spices.
I would recommend, 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper, more if you want it a bit hotter, salt, pepper, and any green herbs you may have on hand. You can also add the corn to give it a tex-mex twist. If you have any chicken broth or chicken boullion, add that for broth flavor. Have fun,

put a little olive oil in a large sauce pan and saute everything in your veggie list- dash of everything in your spice list and a handful of black beans and pasta. Covered and simmer for 10 minutes and eat.
I’m vegan so you can stick those meats in the freezer for another day.
Put a little oil in the pan, cut the meat off the drumsticks, slice up vegetables of your choice and add it to the pan with chicken saute on heat for a few mins, then add spices of your choice, add a cup or so of water and cook down to your taste. this should take about 20 mins. Why dont you have it with rice, bread, rolls or potatoes? Enjoy!
Sounds like you could make a really good spicy chili with all of your ingredients on hand. I would brown the chicken drumsticks in some olive oil (or use the hamburger meat) and remove it from the pan when it is browned. Then I would throw in the onions, peppers, corn, tomatoes, and mexican stewed tomatoes along with your assortment of beans and the chicken legs. Then add in your spices to taste for a spicy chili. Simmer over medium low for one hour. Serve with cornbread.
saute the onion, add a can of tomatoes. cook until liquid is reduced by 1/4. add hot pepper sauce to taste. crumble cook hamburger. in another pan cook hashbrowns. put hashbrowns on plate. cover with tomatoes, then burger add some shredded cheese if available. top with either more hot sauce or some jalapeno pepper slices.
