Do I have to wait for spring to grow tomatoes? I mean I have a sun room.

You could try for a Fall crop. Many gardeners do. If nothing else you might learn some things about growing them.

  9. Those are gimmicky; don’t expect much, if anything from them. Your best bet is to plant real tomato plants in the ground..

    Tomato plants in general love warm weather. Even hot weather, but if it’s real hot for any length of time, you will have to water them frequently. You DEFINITELY need to make sure all signs of frost are over before you set them out.
