Question by Chyna-Rae: What is the difference between sun-dried tomatoes and slow roasted tomatoes?
Is there any difference? If so, please explain. Is the taste different, the way they are cooked, etc.? Thanks!

The different is in the name. Sun-dried are dried in the sun, and slow roasted are roasted on a slow setting. Usually the taste will be slightly different with the slow roasted they are slightly sweeter.
