Question by Kasey: Why are all my cherry tomatoes flat, brown and rotten looking on the bottom before I even pick them?
They are in a topsy turvy that I’ve had perfect luck with the past few years. I did have a regular sized tomato plant in a planter last year that also had the bad undersides; but I thought it was just because of the planter.

Lack of calcium. Use bone meal fertilizer next year.
Also fungus growth from infrequent waterings. Us blossom end rot spray.
Hey, I grow cherry tomatoes in my garden. It could be the soil you are planting them. Before you plant them, try adding organic manure in the soil and mix thoroughly so the the plant will absorb the nutrients. Check out photos of my garden in my site
Your tomatoes have blossom end rot (BER) which can affect first few fruits of the seaon.
BER is a short-term…self-correcting condition.
Don’t waste your time or money on potions or sprays.
