Question by Bri Bear: How long to broil beef kabobs?
I’m making beef (maybe steak) kabobs with cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, and onion. The meat will be approximately 1 in. thick, I have never broiled before, how long do I, and I don’t think the veggies can be in that long, when do they get put on?

if you precook the beef it works best. brown it in butter then thread onto the skewers. If the skewers are bamboo, soak them in water for about 15 to 30 minutes before threading the meat and veggies on.
broil or grill your kabobs for about 3 minutes and turn then another 3 minutes. Yes, the veggies get done and the tomatoes fall off really fast, so be careful.
I have a rack I put the kabobs on so they are not laying on a pan. they cook best this way. and are easier to turn.

put it on all together probably around 8 to 10 min depending on how you like your steak and of course you need to turn them regularly.
