My aunt makes a cucumber and tomato salad recipe. It has celery, tomato, cucumber, red onion and has a vinegary taste to it. Anyone know what this recipe is or where I could find it?

I make something similar except I add a little bell pepper.

I put about 2T. of olive oil in a small bowl and whisk in some white wine vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic and a little honey to taste. Season with salt and pepper. Good stuff.
