Question by CardinalsFTW: What are some creative ways to eat a tomato?
I have a tomato in my fridge, and i thought, Wow a tomato sounds pretty good right about now! What are some easy recipes for tomatoes? I usually slice it in 4 pieces and dip it in salt and pepper or cane sugar. Please help me out!

mozzarella and basil?
or some reduced balsamic vinegar
or some italian dressing… you could also roast it with the dressing on it.. thats always yummy!

Wonderful italian classic. I love to make mine with 4 cloves of garlic (cause I love the stuff hehe), a finely minced shallot, dried oregano and olive oil. I also prefer to take the seeds out of my tomatoes for a less soupy dish. I also love to use my bread to dip in the olive oil and to scoop up all the leftover garlic and shallot at the end…gotta love tomato salad!
