Hi there! My dad dried veggies on screens in a plastic enclosed frame solar dehydrator. Things stuck alot so he sprayed a non stick cooking spray which worked. If you can somehow attach clear plastic to the frames you have there on one side of each you will dry alot faster but leave some top and bottom vents for convection air flow. Cover the plastic vents with cheese cloth or nylon hosiery scraps to keep gnats/fruitflies out or they will lay eggs on the fruits.
