Question by Kipples: What other toppings would you add to chicken pizza?
I don’t have much… I would like to have olives, spinach, and mushrooms, but I can’t make a run to the store.
All I have are bell peppers, dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes (one or the other…), a little onion, a little chives… some peas… lol. I don’t know what to do!

I would saute the chopped bell peppers, onion and fresh tomatoes a little and add them. But I am with you on the mushrooms and olives. My favorites with chicken.

I would put all the ingredients that you have. but if you do have time to go to the store, i would recommend pineapples, green peppers, mushrooms, spinach and/or olives
Artichoke hearts and fresh garlic.
Try using BBQ sauce instead of tomato paste on your base. It gives it a smokey flavour and goes well with chicken.
Camembert Cheese would go nice
Dried tomatoes! Love those and they would be very good on a pizza with chicken.
And/Or peas! Also super yummy.
