My favourite is sundried tomato pesto sauce, australian tasty cheese, eggplant and semi-dried tomatoes, toasted

chicken, avocado, semi dried toms, cheese (any kind at all), red onion, smokey bbq sauce, toasted of course!

I had a really nice one at a restaurant the other day that was basically a steak sandwich! I do love the sun-dried tomatos and chicken – but this one was really quite good. It had a nice piece of beef steak, a little cheese, lettuce, cucumber and a yummy salsa-type sauce. Very fresh.
