I plan on canning for my first time this year. I’ve watched someone else a few times and now I’m ready. I’m definitely canning peaches and tomatoes. Anyone have any tips, ideas, recipes? Thanks so much!!

I can totally see DTM having his raw food show at the Food Network. Nah, scratch that. They’ll take you away from us, they’ll take all your time. They make the chefs look so burnt out after a few years, like Rachel Ray.

Funny thing is that’s not really possible in the Wild. Seems for U.S. to be successful as wild rawists some gardening, permaculture, food forest planter gatherer activity is part of the equation…I mean, I’ve hiked all over California and I have never seen in all the miles I’ve logged any Wild romaine lettuce… 😉
Dan how about doing something extreme again? Got an idea: go to the Amazon and survive for a month with the nature’s fruits and document a video daily 😀
