Question by mark: What is the most you have ever cooked in one day NOT including party or holiday entertaining?
Yesterday, I had a marathon cooking session where I cooked food for most of the week. This is what I made
Wild Blueberry Scones
Coq au Vin
Braised Beef Shanks
Hummus
Pepper and Tomato Salad
Quinoa
Two Pizza doughs
This represented about 5 hours of cooking.

The perfect summer combo: A tomato & mozzarella salad with a glass of Panil Barriquée sour ale.
I like my tomato & mozzarella salad with fresh basil, rings of red onion and a dressing of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Refreshing, tasty and good. And a perfect match for the sour ale 
since i`m a banquet chef , it hard to pin down! but i`l give you a insite . how`s prime rib for 5000 sound? thanksgiving? lets start with 1200 pounds of whole turkeys!!! 2000 lbs of b.r.t. turkey!!! i don`t want to even talk about lobster!!!
