I am making salsa with cherry tomatoes and do not have a food scale!

Truly depends on the size of the tomatoes as even cherry tomatoes are in different sizes. However, since you do not have a food scale, I would recommend that when you buy them you might want to weigh them at the store to ensure you have the correct weight. I have found that a few ounces either way doesn’t really matter very much.
