they wont get rotten or anything, they will just taste worse that what it wouldve tasted like if u hadnt frozen them.
but they’re better cool than warm

Sorry but tomatoes don’t freeze well.You can can them though- just boil them for about 10 minuets in jars with lids.In a water bath.Water covering the jars.
They might freeze , but I wouldn’t do that they would be much better if you thinly slice them and pickle them much like you would sweet pickles, use a sweet pickle mixture not a dill mixture. Crunchy and sweet they are good on sandwiches or in salads. Of course pickling cost more up front but not in the long run. You can add other veggies as well and make them interesting gifts for Christmas. You can do freezer pickles as well.
