Yogurt Fruit Dip
1 cup nonfat lemon yogurt
1 cup fat free non-dairy whipped topping
2 cups fresh fruit of your choice
Skewers
Mix yogurt and non-dairy whipped topping together in a bowl. Stick pieces of fruit on the skewers and dip into the yogurt mixture.
Fruit-Vegetable Dip
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons crushed pineapple chunks
1 teaspoon minced green bell pepper
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed dried marjoram
1 cup strawberries, rinsed and hulled
1 apple, cored and diced
1 honeydew melon, seeded, rind removed and diced
Blend cottage cheese in a blender, or mash until smooth. Add crushed pineapple chunks, finely chopped green bell pepper, lemon juice, and marjoram; blend well. Refrigerate until ready to use. Arrange fruit on platter. Pour dip into serving dish and serve with fruit.
Herbed Yogurt Dip
2 (8 ounce) containers plain, non-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/8 teaspoon dried chervil
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Mix the yogurt, parsley, garlic, thyme, marjoram, chervil, and black pepper together in a medium-sized bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
Yogurt Dip
2 ½ cup yogurt – plain (low fat is a good option)
1 pack vegetable soup mix (Knorr is good)
1 TBS parsley – chopped fine
1 tsp garlic (fresh is great – but sprinkle is OK)
1 tsp dill weed
1/8 tsp pepper (fresh ground is best)
Mix together all ingredients. Chill and serve.

CHOCOLATE!!!!!!!!
yumm.
doesn’t vegetables and chocolate sound like a winning combination?
I like ranch dressing for veggies and those cream cheese dips for fruits.
Nothing is unhealthy except in the amounts some of us eat of them. A little bit of real dressings, not the reduced fat kind, is really good for us.
A little fat in the food plan makes us feel fuller faster and stay fuller feeling for a longer period of time.
