Question by airmonkey120: Is this okay, eating a full load of fruit and veggies so far today?
I didn’t have any nuts or grains but tons of fruits and veggies so far. for example, an apple small, a medium yam, carrots about a cup full, two cups grapes, 2and half cup cherry tomatoes, and cabbage, is this so far bad to have only so far?

yea… that’s an awesome idea only you need something like bread or meat to balance it off..
