Trying tomato for the first time!
Question by Sherry: Orange sauce that can be served with a BLT oyster appetizer?
I’ve had a BLT oyster appetizer — baguette slice, a small piece of fried bacon, topped with a fried oyster, arugula leaf and a peeled cherry tomato. There was a green goddess aioli smeared on the plate but also some type of orange colored sauce also on the plate. Any idea what that could be.

could have been a citrus vinaigrette.
