Question by joencrystal: Where can I find out how to make the tomatoes and dressing in Pizza Hut’s bistro salad?
I’m not to sure what to use. I have tried several different recipes, but have been able to get it right. I know that you use roma tomatoes and marinate them in garlic and basil… but I still can’t get it to taste right. And when it comes to the dressing I have no clue where to start! I absolutly love their salad and would really appreciate someone’s help! Thanks!

    look for White tower tomato paste, this is by a mile the best you can buy
    and is used in most BIR kitchens. You can buy in large or small tins,
    google it, cheers

    Hi,thank you so much for watching my videos, tomato paste is similar to
    tomato ketchup but thick, you can get them in any Asian grocery or major
    supermarket has them. cheers Ali

    Tomato puree is different then tomato paste,most large supermarket likes of
    Asda,Tesco have their own Asian section you will find it there,comes in tin
    ask in store. I am sure other well known supermarket have them as well.

    Hi Davinder, if you try blending peel tomatoes make it into puree hopefully
    that will work. thanks
