This takes only minutes to make using milk, white sauce and sun-dried tomatoes. I’m using my Quinoa Bechamel for this, but any white sauce will do the job.

I have had several dishes in Italian Restaurants that have used sun dried tomatoes and they are soooo good!!
Does anyone know how I can make these sweet tasting tomatoes at home?

you can dry tomatoes in a low oven around 200 degrees, time would vary with the oven and the tomatoes.

You can dry them in the oven. You can dry tomatoes in the sun but you need to be able to protect them from insects and moisture. The oven is easier and there are a zillion instructions on the internet.
As for your own tomatoes, Roma or the sauce and paste types are the ones you want to use for this. If you didn’t plant these varieties, then just do an experiment. If your tomatoes are thick walled, you could still try and just see what happens. I’d half small tomatoes and quarter larger ones.
I don’t think cherry and grape tomatoes would be very good for drying.
