Try foodnetwork.com
allrecipes.com has fantastic recipes and you can do ingredient searches, etc. or epicurian.com.
I have had a great deal of luck with http://www.epicurious.com.
Look no further. Here’s an easy salsa recipe that has everyone in my boyfriend’s family loving me.
4 medium tomatoes
2 jalapenos (use more or less depending on heat level desired)
2/3 medium onion (any kind)
salt (to taste)
Throw all this in the food processor and give it a whirl. You can make more of it by just doubeling or tripling the recipe. You can also experiment with the recipe by adding mango or other foods to vary it a bit.
NOTE: The key is not too much onion. If you have onions that are a bit strong, use less.
a great salsa–
most of this is just to taste, however much you want of each
just use these ingredients
-diced tomatoes
-tomatoe sauce
-sweet onion
-fresh finely chopped garlic
-salt
-coarse ground pepper
-fresh cilantro
-fresh basil leaves
-finger peppers (remove seeds, chop finely)
-jalepeno peppers (remove seeds, keep a few if wanted for spice, chop finely)
-fresh squeezed lime juice (tip- warm limes up in microwave for about 10-20 seconds to get more juice)
optional- white wine vinegar and a bit of sugar
and you have a simple salsa everyone will love
