Question by Jill: Snipped dried tomatoes?
A bread recipe calls for this and I have some homegrown tomatoes.
Sorry for my ignorance, but what does this mean in a recipe? Thanks so much!

Well, it could be a typo and simply mean “sundried tomatoes” or it could mean to mince sundried tomatoes.
You can make your own “sundried” tomatoes by slicing your fresh tomatoes and putting them in the lowest setting on your oven and roast them for 10 to 12 hours.
