Question by Ellie: Does jerk chicken taste good with a sweet sauce?
I’m cooking chicken with a sweet tomato based sauce and I was wondering if it would taste nice if I added some jerk seasoning to the chicken to add some spice? Not sure how jerk seasoning combined with a sweet flavour would taste… Thanks
