Question by killabrewsky: What is the longest fridge life of an opened store brand tomato pasta sauce?
Its Emerils brand and is a creamy tomato sauce its been in the fridge for about 2 weeks. Should I toss it? Doesn’t smell bad but don’t know if still good?

If it has dairy or meat in it, I would give it a little taste and see if it tastes off. If it does not have meat or dairy in it, it is probably good for quite awhile yet. I’ve had meat-free, non-dairy tomato sauces in the fridge for nearly two months without any issues with getting sick.
