Question by khri: looking for recipe: sweet stuffed rolls of cabbage without tomatos that turn out brown at the end of cooking?
i tasted it a many years ago, something like 30 years ago. it was savory and very sweet. without tomato sauce. the dish was brown and not green. it was regular cabbage but the spices and sauce made it brown.
