I just picked the rest of my tomatoes off the vines and they are all green. I would Really like to use them and not throw them away. I would LOVE Suggestions and Recipes.

Meant to add – doesn’t matter if they are green or red toms for these recipes
I’m gonna put mine in the back room on newspaper lined trays. I’ll have them not touching and cover each tray news paper. Quite a few will ripen indoors. Some may rot. I check them weekly. They’ll be fine for salad and fresh salsa.
I’m going to make a few jars of green tomato relish.
We won’t use more than four jars, so the rest of the tomatoes have gone into the compost pile.
