There is a nice tomato based pasta sauce recipe that tells you to use chicken feet. You are supposed to cook them cook them until they almost fall apart. Does anyone prepare this kind and do you like it?

Sounds superstitious to me. Have not eaten chicken feet before, but I’ve seen them being cooked in Hell’s Kitchen!

In all seriousness: there may be a connection between eating chicken feet and arthritis/joint relief.
Chicken feet are full of collagen, which is why they make such a succulent sauce when you cook them for a long time. The collagen slowly cooks out, into gelatin. And many OTC arthritis/joint pain remedies do contain gelatin; it’s supposed to lubricate joints.
