Question by Miss Informed: How do you think this chicken pizza will taste? (recipe)?
3 boneless-skinless chicken breasts marinated in lemon pepper marinade

Fat free mozzarella cheese (8oz)

Sliced tomato

Mushroom (fresh baby ports)

Sliced sweet onion

Sun-dried tomato basil pesto (for sauce)

Thin crust

Everything dusted lightly with Parmesan cheese and oregano.
Good idea with the garlic powder!

I think it would be great. I think you should also dust the pizza with garlic powder in addition to the cheese and oregano.

  1. It’s going to be good. I’m going to use that too. but I’ll grill the chicke first though, julien and top the pizza with it. looks yummy to me. good call!

  2. Besides the mushrooms (because I hate them) it sounds fantastic. If you were really hungry it would be great as a deep dish pizza too, just have to add a lot more of the ingredients. But yea, it sounds great.

  5. Sautee the onions chicken and garlic together in a tiny bit of evoo. Its sounds freakin awesome!!!! I might use it myself adding jalapenos of course.

  6. I think it would be great, except I would use low-fat mozzarella cheese. I think the fat free is just to rubbery and isn’t worth the calories and fat you save. But that is just personal preference.

    I also love the idea of garlic powder — sounds great.
