If all you eat is tomato soup, will it make you loose weight fast?

Probably, because there aren’t too many calories in tomato soup.
But its definitely not healthy. Trust me, if you lose weight really fast and unhealth-ily it hurts your body and always comes back just as fast and sometimes more than you started out with.
If you were to eat about 1300-1500 calories a day of soup of different kinds (some with chicken or protein, or one with lots of veggies) that would be healthier.
But still its basically a liquid diet. And you can’t live off liquid forever!

In a nutshell: Its not worth it. haha.

  2. My husband & I made this a few weeks back as our soup after coming off the master cleanse & OMG sooooooo delish. I used nefatel cheese(not sure if I spelled it right) instead of cream cheese. I bought tomatoes in the can that already had basil & other flavors in it. He is asking when will we have it again, he loves it. Thank you

  7. Sounds like it will kill you slowly. Tomato soup lacks many vitamins, minerals, and protein ( the proteins your body cannot make). Tomato soup is high in sodium, too much is very bad for you.

    Instead focus on a healthy diet with vegitables and protein (always eat prorein, you will get sick less often).

You need to eat a wide variety of fruits, veggies, whole grain carbs, and lean protein every day. Limiting yourself to just a single item, or very small group of items, leads to malnutrition.

    A better way to lose weight is dividing your plate into quarters. First fill half with fruits and veggies, The other quarters are for the lean protein and whole grain carb. This will help limit your calories and ensure you get plenty of fruits and veggies while part of a balanced diet. Drink just water.
