    It is called a Foley Hand Crank food mill. I actually saw one today on ebay. We have a local store called Yoder’s and they sell them. We have had ours for 40 years. It was given to us by my wife’s great grandmother. I am glad they are still producing them. Good luck.

    Is there a name for the type of sieve you use at 3.07 in the video? I’ve never seen one of those and when I look for sieves it just gives me the rugur
