  1. “doo you liike the pretty rose”

  2. That is a very good question. I am sorry but I don’t have an answer.

  3. I suspect that you could grow any kind of tomato indoors. The secret is the soil, lighting and a way to pollinate the plant. Maybe one of our views can enlighten us both.

  4. I like tomato sandwiches, BLT’s, tomatoes in salads, and quick/inexpensive/better homemade copies of Stouffer’s French Bread Pizza.

I tried growing an heirloom San Marazano (paste type), but the the heat of planet Mercury…err, the Mojave desert stunted them, and killed it.

I am a tomato nemb, and I am learning by leaps and bounds. Next year should be quite awesome.

Currently, I moved my container tomatoes to more shade, and they are thriving on about six hours of direct sunlight.

  5. Good points all. I get my tomatoes at our local farmers market. Perhaps making another video is in order; this time with more details. Please keep watching and making comments. I really enjoy hearing from you. Be the way, do you have a suggestion for a food (or cooking) video? Share!

  6. Dave, this method may not work exactly as planned.

Store bought tomatoes are hybrids, and with all hybrid tomatoes, the harvested seeds may generate plants that are not like their “mother”. Also, tomatoes from the store are bred to picked green, durable (thicker skinned), and long lasting on the shelf at the expense of flavor…although I would still bet your tomatoes taste better than the original!

  7. thanks man, i already tried to grow tomatoes but i didn’t have any idea how so my seeds died quick :( i will try again using your video’s info! 😀
