It is quite possible you must have gotten some chlorophyll from the fresh leaves on your hands that turn the lather green, otherwise there is no other particular reason.

This is great! I need to trim my tomatoes. They have TONS of tamotoes but they aren’t ripening. This is incentive for me to get to work on it!
I left town in march and didn’t get back in time to grow my food, so I was only able to get some strawberries and a few red onions, and those came back on their own from last year. I have to go for it again next summer
How did your tomato plants turn out?
Great video. Thanks
Sorry for the delay in my comment. If you view my video at 03:03 I show the sucker with several leaves growing from it. The top part of that sucker is what helps you determine it is a sucker – it has leaves to the side and more growing from the top portion if not flowers and/or fruit as well. I also show the leaf portion of the plant that I will be taking off so I can plant the sucker in the ground. Hope this helps!
cool , but how can you tell those are suckers?
Thank you so much for your comment! I have enjoyed making these videos. It has been fun trying to grow plants during the summer and grow indoors during 10 degree weather. I think it is so cool to be able to harvest your own seeds as well as take clippings and grow plants – talk about savings! =)
I really liked this video. It was very informative. Thank you! You rock!
It’s pretty cool to watch them grow from just a clipping. Enjoy! Thanks for watching!
i’m gonna try this with my tomato plant
Thanks for watching!
