Question by Carley: If tomatoes are catabolic then is tomato soup catabolic?
I’ve read up on catabolic foods and there are a few things that I don’t exactly understand. I know that tomatoes are highly catabolic, but is tomato soup catabolic as well? And if oranges are catabolic does that make orange juice catabolic too?
If you could clarify these for me I would much appreciate it =]
