I want recipes that use olive oil and garlic. I have a lot of green tomatos and peppers from the garden I want to use them over the winter.

why not make some tomato chutney, that would use you peppers and toms.when ever I make chutney I swap ingredients around and put chilli ginger and garlic in. It makes it nice and spicy that’s if you like spicy.
