Cheddar cheese on top is good, and crushed up crackers!
I would fry up some Italian sausage and add it in with some fresh basil and some Parmesan or I add some cream 1/2 a cup and 2 garlic cloves minced and sauteed in butter. Or just add some sour cream a dollop (hehe) green onions and bacon
No noodles though!!
Use your tom soup as base for a yummy sauce to go over your noodles. Fry some onion & add that to your tom soup to give it some body. If you have something meaty left over from last night, fry that with the onions and REALY spoil yourself! Come on over & have dinner here!
I LOVE to put pasta in my tomato soup. I heat the soup to a simmer and then put in maybe 1/3 cup of what ever type of pasta I have. Then continue to simmer until the pasta is done. I also add a sprinkle of celery seed and a dash of hot sauce to give it some bite. Yum With my tomato soup I like to have a grilled cheese sandwich.
Mix some grilled chicken, Basil, Parmesan cheese, and tomato soup and serve it over pasta. If you don’t love it I will slap your momma.
