Question by Human: Is this salad healthy?
I made a salad for dinner with red leaf lettuce, portabella mushroom slices, green onion, blueberries, alfalfa sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato, and avocado.
I don’t like salad dressing so I squeezed lemon juice from a lemon and sprinkled lots of black pepper over it for seasoning.
This was my dinner, was it healthy?

As long as you cooked the mushroom and as long as your body easily digests raw veggies, not everyone’s does. All mushrooms should be cooked to break down the chitin and become digestible.
