Question by Nae: Will my tomatos be ready on time?
I have a regular tomato plant and a cherry tomato plant. Both plants currently have plenty of bright green fruit, but it’s been green for almost a week. I know I can’t really pick the tomatoes until they turn red. The cherry tomato plant still has half of its yellow blossoms.
I’m moving in to my dorm room on August 23rd. Can I expect some fresh fruit to be ready for the picking before I go back to school? =)

What do you think? Answer below!
Yes and enjoy!!!
My guess is there is a HIGH probability you’ll be eating the red ones.. Yum Yum!
Edited: make sure they get lot’s of sun.
Most likely you will be able to enjoy the fruit also you can pick some of the green ones wipe them dry to remove the dust and wrap them in newspaper and place in a cardboard box DO NOT force or drop them in be gentle. Place in dark space and cool and with in a couple weeks they will turn red also and be able to eat without waiting for the plant if you wish or you can pick the larger green ones now and put an egg cornmeal coating on them and fry them. You got fried green tomatoes and they are really good
