Question by hbds: Can I add anything to tomato paste to make it taste sun-dried?
Grabbed the wrong paste, a tube of double concentrated Italian paste instead of the sun-dried tomato paste I needed. Is there a way to doctor this up so it tastes closer to sun-dried? It doesn’t have to be perfect, just closer than what I’ve got.

You can “toast” it in a hot pan to get the flavor more concentrated.
